DIY Grappling Dummy

Covid-19 has caused so many BJJ schools to close. All of our classes are now being held online via Zoom, but not everyone has someone to drill with at home. Making a DIY grappling dummy is a great way to allow yourself to practice more just solo drills. In all of our classes, after Coach Bill shows the technique, Coach Michelle will then show it again on the grappling dummy. So follow along and keep your skills sharp!
