Head BJJ Instructor
Bill Nagle
Bill began Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2008 and earned his blue, purple, and brown belts under David Trader. After Dave’s passing in 2016, Bill continued training with Leo Dalla and received his black belt in November 2016. Known for technical precision and a clear, conceptual teaching style, Bill holds a third-degree black belt.

Assistant & Kids BJJ Instructor
Michelle Welti
Michelle has trained jiu-jitsu since 2007 and is one of the region’s most accomplished competitors. In 2014, she was the IBJJF’s #1-ranked female blue belt in the world. She returned to the competition circuit with major success and now holds a second-degree black belt.

Muay Thai Instructor
Jose Marquez
Jose began as a boxer before discovering Muay Thai and its eight limbs. With more than 12 years training alongside some of the area’s best coaches and fighters, he helps kids and adults build practical striking skills, confidence, conditioning, and self-defense ability. He also holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Bill Nagle.

Josh Petty
Josh leads Dominion BJJ’s fundamentals program. He has trained with the academy since the beginning and holds a black belt. His approachable teaching style makes core techniques clear and useful for new and experienced students alike.
